A new service, delivering highly accurate droplet size and distribution data - within minutes - has been launched by Bete.
The only company to offer such a facility, Bete can now provide customers with instant, comprehensive spray data, a service which will be of significant interest to anyone looking for custom spraying solutions.
Within just 30 minutes, Bete's new droplet size and distribution software can deliver highly accurate and comprehensive spray data for a customer's specific application requirements.
Eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming, trial-and-error testing and evaluation, the system is designed to provide essential spray analysis - often critical to the production process - including flow rates, droplet size and Sauter mean diameter.
Developed from extensive experimental data, the software has the capability to accurately evaluate the optimum spraying characteristics for any application, taking into account variables such as spray angle, pressure, viscosity, gravity, cross winds, temperature and droplet surface tension.
It then establishes the Bete spray nozzle which best matches these specifications.
Customers wishing to use the service can simply contact Bete with details of their individual requirements.
