A new range of quick-release riser supports is now available from Bete, the UK arm of US nozzle specialist Bete Fog Nozzle.
A new range of quick-release riser supports is now available from Bete, the UK arm of US nozzle specialist Bete Fog Nozzle.
Designed to be extremely space-efficient, the easy-to-install risers are available in standard and short block models, and will be of particular interest to the pretreatment and finishing industries.
Available in a comprehensive range of standard sizes, or custom designed for specific applications, Bete Quick-Release Riser Supports can be positioned extremely closely to adjoining walls so as to maximise space-saving in restricted environments.
Incorporating a stainless steel support spring which allows easy access for positioning and/or removal of individual risers by hand, without tools, the range (when used in conjunction with Quik-Disconnect couplings) can be set in position or removed in a matter of seconds.
Perfectly suited for harsh environments and resistant to most acids and alkalis, risers are available in hard wearing polypropylene and are colour-coded for pipe size compatibility, supporting pipe dimensions of 1in (25mm), 1.25in (32mm), 1.5in (40mm) and 2in (50mm).
The distance from the pipe centre line to the adjoining wall is set at 3.5, 3.25, 3.125 or 2.950in (standard model) and 2, 1.750, 1.625 or 1.45in (short block).
