BF has expanded its portfolio of LCD accessories by introducing the eTurbotouch range of 6-wire Turbo T6 touch screens which provide 10 times higher reliability
BF has expanded its portfolio of LCD accessories by introducing the eTurbotouch range of 6-wire Turbo T6 touch screens.
These new touch screens and controllers are for use with LCDs (Liquid Crystal Displays) in consumer, office automation, industrial, medical, POS (Point of Sale) and Kiosk applications.
The ETurbotouch second generation, 6-wire Turbo T6 touch screens provide 10 times higher reliability than the first generation, 4-wire technology.
The sixth wire acts as an EMI shield to reduce emissions and enhances the stability and accuracy of the product compared with competitive 5-wire technology.
Keith Thompson, Director of BF displays division says, "We're delighted to offer this new touch screen technology manufactured at a state of the art factory in Taiwan.
It offers a technical and cost performance that we have not been previously able to offer.".
