A novel low-cost two-dimensional infra-red thermometer simultaneously shows a colour image of the measurement subject and the temperature distribution at 64 measurement points.

The Isquare two-dimensional infra-red thermometer provides a 3.8in TFT LCD image display that simultaneously shows a colour image of the measurement subject and the temperature distribution at 64 measurement points.

The Isquare can display and save data, with graphic representation of the temperature distribution overlaid on a colour image of the subject being measured.

User settable temperature range is -50 to +1000C, with a visual colour scale corresponding to the temperature range of the measured subject.

Upper and lower limit alarm settings are used to initiate an audible alarm and data are stored on a compact removable Flash card.

Images are saved in JPEG format and measured values are saved as CSV files.

The Isquare is provided with a video output jack for connection to external recording or large screen video monitors.

The Isquare is an ideal checking tool for engineers who wish to have some means of inspecting remedial work without the high cost associated with purchasing a thermal camera The operation is as simple as using a digital camera and offers exceptional functionality that has never been available before at an amazingly low price.
