PPE group announces new CEO
Bacou-Dalloz, the group to which Biosystems belongs, is announcing the nomination of Mr Henri-Dominique Petit as chief executive officer of Bacou-Dalloz.

Mr Petit was also nominated a company Director at the shareholder's meeting that was held on May 18, 2004.
Henri-Dominique Petit is 55 years of age; he holds a masters degree in engineering from the Ecole Sup?rieure de Physique et Chimie de Paris, a post-graduate degree in nuclear physics, and a PhD in corpuscular electronics.
He also attended the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.
In 1975 he joined the Kodak group, where he held several operational and general management positions both in France and the USA, before being nominated president for the Asia-Pacific region in February 2001, a position based in Shanghai.
In April 2003, he was given additional responsibility to provide leadership for Kodak's other non-USA regions and was elected as a senior vice president of the company.
His international background and very extensive industrial and commercial experience are key strengths that will enable Bacou-Dalloz to meet the challenges that await the company in the years to come: return to organic growth, improvement in profitability and increase in cash flow.
The company believes that the arrival of Henri-Dominique Petit, combined with the talent of Bacou-Dalloz personnel throughout the world, will enable the Group to strengthen its leadership position in the global PPE market.
