Electronic loads offer high current capability
The Dynaload RBL Series of single-channel electronic loads offer an exceptionally high current rating of 1000A, and are ideal for the testing of large batteries and other DC power equipment.
Resistance has a maximum 100uohm resolution from a 1mA current source with 0.010% accuracy.
True RMS AC voltages can be made with a minimum 0.60% accuracy up to 100kHz.
Measurements from 100 to 300kHz have a minimum accuracy of 4% of reading.
The instrument offers DC ranges from 10mA to 3A and AC from 1 to 3A, with a maximum 250V source with double-fused protection.
All functions can be selected with a maximum of two button pushes.
Maths functions include null, minimum/maximum/average, dBm, dB and limit test.
The performance is enhanced by additional features including automatic reading hold, 512-reading storage, DC voltage ratio, continuity and diode test.
GPIB and RS232 interfaces are supplied as standard, with up to 1000 readings per second available direct to the GPIB.
The 34401A uses standard commands for programmable instruments (SPCI).
Command languages for the HP3478A and Fluke 8840/8842A are built in for drop-in simplicity.
The Agilent 34401A is available for immediate delivery from TTi, and costs GBP 763 (plus VAT).
