Specialist technical recruitment consultancy Butler International (UK), has performed a management buyout (MBO) from US-based parent company, Butler International.

Specialist technical recruitment consultancy Butler International (UK), has performed a management buyout (MBO) from US-based parent company, Butler International The MBO, led by the existing management team, frees up the business from the constraints of working within a global organisation and allows access to the resources required to fund an ambitious five-year expansion programme

Butler International (UK) provides bespoke contract recruitment solutions for customers in highly technical disciplines requiring a flexible workforce or where a skills shortage exists.

The company operates across numerous industries including aerospace, pharmaceutical, defence, rail, oil and gas, plus electronics, and counts many blue chip businesses such as Honeywell, Thales, Novartis, Invensys and KLM among its clients.

Expansion plans include adding value to existing client relationships with an enhanced service offering, acquisition of complementary businesses, and organic growth created by further inroads into new market sectors.
