The ServoNut power module is a high force option for most motion chassis.

The ServoNut power module is a high force option for most motion chassis ServoNut mates a high-performance NEMA 23 motor set directly on a zero-backlash precision ball screw to enable high accelerations of heavy payloads

This is a high fidelity zero backlash, high stiffness module for use with linear encoder feedback.

This unit is capable of 1in, 1.3kN accelerations at 80% duty cycle as an example.

Bell Everman's ServoNut power module allows for speeds not normally attainable with ball screw applications.

In a traditional ball screw assembly, where the screw rotates, the speed is limited due to a whipping action of the screw.

With the ServoNut power module, the screw remains stationary and the nut is rotated to achieve linear motion.

This not only permits greater speeds, but also greater strokes.
