KolverUSA launches Mini KE torque tester

A Blackstone Global product story
Edited by the Engineeringtalk editorial team Aug 25, 2009

KolverUSA, a joint venture between Blackstone Global and Thiene, has introduced the Mini KE torque tester, which reads the torque output from a external rotary transducer.

It then displays the value on its digital display.

Using high-performance circuitry, it displays torque values in three different units up to 221in/lb (25Nm) of torque.

The only way to accurately set electric screwdrivers to a specific torque value is to calibrate the tool to the joint being tightened using a rotary transducer.

The Kolver Mini-KE torque tester with a rotary transducer is available at an introductory price of USD1,995 (GBP1,209) complete.
