CV Instruments, the prolific material-testing arm of the Bowers Metrology Group, has recently launched a new low cost, handheld, digital coating thickness gauge.

Designed for use on ferrous substrates, the easy to use TT-211 boasts many high-quality features including - auto off, mm/inch options and a choice of measuring resolutions.

CV claims that the ergonomic, battery operated tester is ideal for most coating thickness applications.
