Adding to its growing range of material testing devices, the expanding CV Instrument arm of the Bowers Metrology Group has launched a new Impact D handheld, universal hardness tester.

Ideal for general shop-floor use, the budget price of the advanced new TH-130 tester belies its many advanced features.

The new unit provides accurate testing at any angle, and its easy to read LCD shows all functions and parameters.

The unit can output data to computers etc via its integrated RS232 output.

Designed for use on most metals, the flexible TH-130 gives direct hardness values in Rockwell HRB, HRC, Vickers HV, Brinell HB, Shore HS and Leebs HLD.

Demonstrations of this advanced new CV hardness tester can be arranged through Bowers Metrology.
