The CG-300 series of digital coating thickness gauges boasts many high-quality features including - a 0.1um resolution

The material testing arm of the Bowers Metrology Group - CV Instruments - has launched a new range of digital coating thickness gauges The cost-effective CG-300 series boasts many high-quality features including - a 0.1um resolution, a tolerance input function with an acoustic alarm, a simple to use, intuitive operating system, an easy to read alpha-numeric digital display, a large measuring range and a coating-through-coating function

Designed for shop-floor use, the robust CG-300 series boasts a large capacity internal memory with useful statistical computation functions.

If required, gathered data can be downloaded via the unit's RS-232 output.

Aiding the new gauges' flexibility, a choice of more than 20 specialised probes are available covering all ferrous, nonferrous and combined substrate applications.
