Panel is ideal for hazardous environments
The B and R Mobile Panel combines operating, monitoring and control in a single device.
Panel PCS offer light and rugged design
The MP40 and MP50 Mobile Panel devices are available with a 3.8-inch QVGA LCD black/white display or a 6.5-inch VGA TFT colour display.
The panel is perfectly suited to rough industrial environments.
A rounded, double-walled housing absorbs hard impacts.
The cable, connector and housing are protected from dust and sprayed water.
A special soft-touch coating makes the surface of the Mobile Panel extremely resistant to acids, alcohol and cleaning agents.
This is a major advantage of the Mobile Panel, especially when used in danger zones.
For this reason, a three-step enabling switch and an E-stop button are integrated in the device, both of which meet safety category 4.
The connection to the switching cabinet is made using a single cable, which includes all supply, communication and control lines.
This allows freedom of motion with the Mobile Panel.
The handle can be adjusted without tools allowing the Mobile Panel to be used optimally by both right- and left-handed operators.
The Mobile Panel with integrated controller is available with a 5.7in QVGA LCD colour display or with an 8.4in VGA TFT colour display.
It is operated using a combination of function keys, numeric keys and a touch screen.
Custom design of the decor foil, switching elements, display and panel colour is possible.
Ethernet, CANbus and RS232 interfaces are integrated for communication.
