Mini servo drive completes range
The new Acopos mini servo drive completes the B and R series in the lower power range from 450 to 700W.
The 160 x 80 pixel display with IP65 protection from the front provides the possibility for displaying graphics and, together with 16 keys and 12 LEDs, is optimally suited for simple operation and monitoring tasks.
There are two versions with regards to integrated I/O: a purely digital variant with 16 inputs and outputs or a digital/analogue variant with eight digital inputs and outputs and four analogue inputs and outputs.
If more I/O points are needed, the PP35 can access remote I/O via the standard CAN interface integrated in the panel.
A connection to additional panels and controllers is also possible.
The CPU has 1Mbyte of Flash program memory, and is well equipped to handle most applications.
The visualisation application is fully integrated in the B and R Automation Studio programming and diagnostics tool.
All IEC programming languages offered by B and R as well as Automation Basic and ANSI C can be used for programming.
