B and R's XV connection system allows users to integrate pneumatic valves from most well-known manufacturers directly into the same control system.

B and R's XV connection system allows users to integrate pneumatic valves from most well-known manufacturers directly into the same control system.

Up to 24 digital outputs - for up to 24 valves - are located in a compact D-sub housing.

The newly developed XV connection concept makes it possible to add valve manifolds from Buerkart, Festo, Bosch Rexroth, Norgren, SMC and many other manufacturers to an already networked environment without any problems and with minimal configuration effort.

The connection is made directly using a 25-pin connector.

This compact solution for simple integration of pneumatic control directly into an automation system offers considerable space-saving possibilities for the user.

It can also significantly reduce the amount of wiring required, especially for configurations with large numbers of valves.

However, smaller module connections can also benefit from cost savings thanks to the reduced number of channels for the valve manifold connection.
