B and R System 2003 CPUs cover a wide performance spectrum.

The newly developed CP570 is an x86 based high performance CPU.

This CPU is especially suitable for applications, where shorter cycle times are required, very large amounts of data need to be processed or when floating point calculations are necessary.

USB and 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet are integrated as a standard.

CompactFlash cards are used to store application programs and related data.

B and R's single programming tool Automation Studio is used to program entire machine application (soft PLC and CNC, PLCs, drives and HMIs).

B and R Automation Studio supports IEC1131 languages as well as high level language capability (ANSI C, Automation Basic).
