Mini servo drive completes range
The new Acopos mini servo drive completes the B and R series in the lower power range from 450 to 700W.
From now on, the X67 System can be used in machines in explosive atmospheres such as filling systems for perfume, alcoholic beverages, and solvents without a second thought.
The X67 System was designed by B and R as an intelligent controller and I/O system for use outside the switching cabinet.
This system is able to achieve this industrial standard thanks to its IP67 protection.
Its compact design and optimal connection engineering allows it to be placed nearly anywhere on the machine.
Individually, these modules can be placed up to 100m apart without any loss of performance.
Designs ranging from 4 to 32 channels are available.
In addition, the X67 is extremely flexible as the digital channels can be configured either as inputs or outputs.
Open interfaces - standardised EDS or GSD description files - allow X67 modules to be integrated with all standard fieldbuses in different programming environments and be configured and programmed normally.
