Compressors keep quiet in the workshop
The CL series of quiet, low-output screw compressors is specifically designed for small workshops where vibration and noise are problems.
The CL series of quiet, low-output screw compressors is specifically designed for small workshops where vibration and noise are problems The CL series is ideal for small autotrade businesses such as garages, tyre and exhaust centres, where more conventional noisy, inefficient and often leaky piston or rotary vane compressors cause persistent problems

Compact quiet compressors raise the pressure
Boge Compressors has added 13bar versions to its popular CL series of screw compressors.
Screw compressors become more efficient
Outputs of the Boge C and CL series have increased by as much as 16% and the best specific power improvement has been lowered by a similar amount.
Its low noise emission levels of 61-68 dB(A) are due to high performance damping and a lamellar graphite casting for highly effective silencing.
There is also a silenced air intake filter.
Regarded by Boge as the next evolutionary step for autotrade applications, the silent screw provides workshops with versatile options - as a compressor added to an existing compressed air installation, mounted on a compressed air receiver, or used with a compressed air centre and a refrigeration dryer mounted on a compressed air receiver.
Space management is important in these workshops and the CL has a small footprint for any configuration.
The compressor measures 755 x 485 x 495mm, is 1130 x 490 x 920mm as a compressor system and 1715 x 545 x 1185mm as a compressed air centre.
Boge's precision design and engineering has integrated all major parts to eradicate piping and connection lines that could commonly leak oil and the CNC machined housings further minimise this risk.
Efficiency is increased by Boge's new multifunction intake controller with a two- to three-way solenoid control valve and because the motor is directly connected via a coupling (without a V-belt or gearbox as on other compressors) transmission losses are reduced.
Motor power ranges from 2.2 to 5.5kW, and there is a maximum pressure of 10bar, with free air delivery rates of 0.231-0.718m3/min, with capacity ranging from 90 to 270 litre.
All components and wearing parts easily accessible from the outside beneath one service cover for easy maintenance. Request a free brochure from Boge Compressors ...
