Environmentally friendly refrigerant
dryer range

A new range of compact and economical compressed air dryers prevents condensation and consequent corrosion in compressed air pipework and delivers consistently high-quality dry compressed air.

A new range of compact and economical refrigerant compressed air dryers from Boge Compressors prevents condensation and consequent corrosion in compressed air pipework and delivers consistently high-quality dry compressed air with a typical pressure dewpoint of +3C The low pressure differential across the dryer cuts running costs by making excessive air compression unnecessary thus reducing electricity bills

The new Boge DB refrigerant dryer range use as much as 70% less coolant than traditional types of refrigerant dryer - and are filled with the ozone-layer friendly R134a.

Designed to operate between 7 and 16bar, the new dryers have flow capacities from 0.167 to 27.5m3/min within a range of 25 different models.

They are configured to operate in 25C ambient temperatures with an air inlet temperature of 35C, but can easily handle ambient temperatures up to 50C.

Electricity consumption is as low as 0.13kW for the DB1 and only 0.88kW for the DB50.

On the larger models, from the DB15 upwards, a multifunction electronic display provides data on the pressure dewpoint, on relative humidity at the dryer outlet and provides details of any malfunctions.

Every Boge DB refrigerant dryer has a recycling list attached to the inside of the dryer cabinet.

This defines exactly what materials have been used in its construction.

Boge Compressors sets out to achieve the most environmentally friendly manufacture, operation and eventual waste disposal of all its products, and the new DB refrigerant dryer range maximises all environmental benefits. Request a free brochure from Boge Compressors ...
