Boge Compressors recently congratulated the first group of its distributors' engineers who successfully completed the in-house "Boge Service Technician" training course The comprehensive Boge Service Technician training course consists of four modules covering the range of Boge compressors and accessories

Each training module consists of a mixture of hands-on and lecture style teaching.

As the training leads to a three-year "Boge Service Technician" certification, each module is rounded off with a written exam to confirm the engineers knowledge and understanding.

Boge was pleased to certify the first group of engineers to complete the training who all achieved a pass rate or above.

Geoff Taylor, Managing Director of Boge Compressors comments: "We have introduced a very professional and comprehensive training course to ensure that all engineers under the Boge umbrella have up-to-date and competent skills when dealing with our products".

"We are certain that user customers will feel much more content knowing that the engineer servicing their Boge has undergone the rigorous in-house Boge training course and is certified as a 'Boge Service Technician', most especially where their investment is covered by a 5-year warranty".

"All engineers who successfully complete the training course will be issued with an accredited ID badge that identifies them as a 'Boge Service Technician' for a three-year period".

"This qualification also adds further value and prestige to our distributor network".

Increasing the standard of education and training continue to be key issues for the industry and as the immediate past president of the British Compressed Air Society, Geoff Taylor, is making sure that Boge play their part by ensuring that education and training are permanently on the agenda at Boge.
