Oil-free compressor

The K series oil-free piston compressor is ideally suited to industries such as the food, drink, medical and pharmaceutical sectors, where oil-free compressed air is paramount.

Boge has launched the K series oil-free piston compressor Designed as a single-stage 10bar unit, it is compact, energy efficient and provides the smaller air user with a cost-effective, oil-free compressor solution

Boge developed the K series oil-free piston compressor using state of the art compressor technology.

The cylinder is mounted horizontally, and a centrally located crankshaft operates a push rod principal, ensuring the piston remains parallel in the cylinder.

This innovation vastly reduces cylinder ring wear experienced in all conventional systems.

The design has also proved to be a very cost-effective compressor solution.

Because it generates absolutely oil-free compressed air, the K series will also reduce the downstream treatment required and all the associated costs.

As an oil-less compressor, service times and standard service parts required are also reduced considerably.

Unlike most piston compressors the K series operates on a stop/start basis, controlled by a standard Boge electronic controller, ensuring the most efficient use of energy.

The K series oil-free piston compressor is ideally suited to industries such as the food, drink, medical and pharmaceutical sectors, where oil-free compressed air is paramount.

The K series is manufactured as a 10bar compressor with effective free air deliveries ranging from 244 - 648 litres a minute and a motor range of 2.2 to 5.5kW. Request a free brochure from Boge Compressors ...
