Boge has released the SLF101, SLF125 and SLF221 screw compressors, extending the direct-coupled SLF range of screw compressors to 164kW.
The Boge SLF direct-coupled range has an integrated frequency convertor which assures the smoothest possible transition from 25 to 100% output whilst maintaining the desired working pressure perfectly.
By re-programming the touch pad control on the frequency convertor it is also possible to alter both frequency and airend speed in order to change from 8 to 10 or 13bar discharge pressures.
With frequency control the Boge SLF direct coupled range adapts the compressor output to the actual demand whilst constantly maintaining the desired pressure.
As a result, idling times and motor switches are avoided and tighter pressure bands can be set to assure energy efficiency.
Boge Ratio provides intelligent energy efficient control with the respective operating parameters clearly visible via an LCD display.
All models can also be supplied with a built-in refrigerant dryer, ensuring the compressor footprint is kept to a minimum.
