Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are now supplying the Flowmeca range of RHP metal-to-metal pipefittings.

In independent tests with conventionally sealed pipe fittings, the RHP range provided the highest leak integrity by a considerable margin, and in burst tests retained its integrity up to 1600 bar when the pipe itself burst.

The RHP range has also been awarded a 3A Certificate.

The unique design of the range provides optimum conduit continuity with no dead volume and excellent high-pressure performance (650 bar under helium pressure and 1900 bar under oil pressure) with no loss of integrity, even after multiple assembly/disassembly.

Axial tightening eliminates tube torque and metal friction during assembly and assembly itself is made easier with the elimination of gaskets and male/female end fittings.

Accurate gland alignment is achieved using a centering ring.

Flowmeca RHP fittings are manufactured from 316L stainless steel.

A wide range is available to suit most applications at operating temperatures up to +550C.
