Boiswood are now supplying the Furon UPM 1000 range of diaphragm valves, which have been designed for the safe transfer of highly aggressive ultra-pure chemicals.
It features special electro-polished finishing after the tube socket weld to assure high purity cleanliness, making it ideal for use in semiconductor processes, high purity gas delivery systems, gas cabinets, gas distribution manifolds and bulk gas delivery systems.
