The Setra SDG high purity dial gauge is now available on short lead times from Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control.

The Setra SDG gauge is designed for critical applications in the semiconductor industry and achieves the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, performance and durability.

It features special electro-polished finishing after the tube socket weld to assure high purity cleanliness, making it ideal for use in semiconductor processes, high purity gas delivery systems, gas cabinets, gas distribution manifolds and bulk gas delivery systems.

Other features include 316L stainless steel wetted material and +/- 1% FS accuracy; Class 100 calibration and assembly; helium leak tested 1x10 <-9> atm cc/sec; easy-to-read dual scale; and 2.0in dial.

Models are available from -30inHg+0 to -30inHg+3000 PSI, with either male or female face seal fittings in a back mount or stem mount configuration.
