Boiswood is supplying a new Furon 1in in-line valve for use in semiconductor and chemical processing.

Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are now supplying the new Furon 1in in-line valve for use in semiconductor chemical delivery, chemical processing, high purity and corrosive chemical applications.

Manufactured by Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (SGPPL) the new valve is ideal for applications that demand high purity coupled with a high Cv flow factor.

The 1in in-line valve has the Cv flow factor of 15 and is available with on/off pneumatic or manual multi-turn actuation.

Operating at 22 degC at up to 100 PSIG forward and back pressure, the valve can handle fluid temperatures ranging from 5 degC to 100 degC.

It is assembled, tested and doubled-bagged in a Class 100 Cleanroom.
