Boiswood are now supplying Setra's Model 370 and 470 pressure gauges for environmental monitoring and test and measurement systems

Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are now supplying Setra's Model 370 and 470 pressure gauges for environmental monitoring and test and measurement systems.

Typical applications include automatic weather reporting systems, pressure transfer standard, altimeter calibration re-certification, laboratory or production process monitoring, altitude chambers and hydrostatic pressure monitoring.

Both models offer extremely high accuracy and unmatched stability in a digital output configuration and use Setra's unique Setraceram sensor, which is combined with advanced microprocessor based circuitry and sophisticated firmware to provide system accuracy to better than +/-0.02% full scale.

The versatile Model 370 digital pressure gauge displays pressure and altitude data on a 6-digit LCD and also makes it accessible through a bi-directional RS-232 port.

A numeric keypad provides easy access to engineering unit conversions, min/max tracking, entry of high/low alarm setpoints, non-linear functions and calibration procedures.

The 370 is also available with an optional rechargeable battery pack, which provides laboratory-standard accuracy in field operations.

The Model 470 is functionally the same as the 370 and is intended for applications that do not require local display of pressure or keypad access to commands.

The 470's stability, reliability and versatility make it an ideal choice for OEMs systems.

Both units are programmable for continuous, interval or on-demand printing at an adjustable (300-9600) baud rate.

The 470 is also available with options such as a Hydrostatic Pressure Sensor package with SDI-12 communications.
