Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are now supplying the Simco CleanTracT ultra-clean ionisation bar that is specifically designed for use in Class 1 areas such as mini-environments and laminar flow benches, where particle contamination and control of electrostatic charges are critical concerns.

CleanTracT incorporates a patented gas flow technology that uses Clean Dry Air (CDA) or Dry Nitrogen to minimise the build-up of contaminants on the emitters, which can adversely affect production, yields and present a maintenance problem.

CleanTrac's patented gas flow technology inhibits the formation of particles on electrodes, dramatically reducing maintenance requirements.

When operated with Geranium emitters, which do not generate particles, the CleanTrac bar provides the most particle-free ionisation available.

The CleanTrac bar is available in six lengths from 1ft to 6ft (nominal), and is compatible with Simco IBC-0 and PFC-20 controllers.

When operated with the IBC-20, the CleanTrac bar has an ion sensor to enhance balance stability.

Included with the CleanTrac are detachable 7ft power cable, airflow gauge, air filter, air tubing, and mounting hardware.
