Furon Integrated Manifolds provide the ultimate in design flexibility by incorporating any number of valves in a single space saving package.

Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are launching Furon's new range of Integrated Manifolds in the UK In today's ultra competitive business environment, manufacturing companies in a wide range of industries are looking for innovative ways to reduce space and cost without sacrificing reliability or safety

Furon, who maintain the Industry's only dedicated manifold manufacturing facility, have designed their Integrated Manifolds to meet the semi-conductor industry's stringent purity requirement and for applications where the accuracy, cleanliness, and safety of fluid delivery are critical.

They offer an unrivalled combination of space and cost savings and reliability; and provide the flexibility to configure fluid flow systems to meet customers' specific requirements.

Furon Integrated Manifolds provide the ultimate in design flexibility by incorporating any number of valves in a single space saving package.

They also allow a variety of connector sizes, flow capabilities and valve functions to be contained in the same unit.

More files or outlets can be easily added, for even greater flow.

The manifolds are ideal for use in aggressive CMP slurry applications as well as ultra-pure chemical delivery, pharmaceutical, bio-medical and lab applications - each benefiting from a 100% Fluoropolymer wetted flow path.

Performance benefits include: 50% space savings compared with traditional valve plumbing; multiple functions in a single, easily installed, pre-tested package; large orifices and high flow rates to 2.7Cv for etching and other applications requiring large volumes of fluids; all wetted components constructed of long lasting, high purity PFA and PTFE; and forward and back pressure rated to 90 PSIG.

Design options include: 3-way port configuration; micro adjust by-pass; flow adjustment; trickle flow; normally open; manual actuation.

Customer design options are also available.

All standard components and most customised components are available ex-stock from Furon on very short delivery.
