Visual flow indication from high-flow monitor

A Boiswood product story

Boiswood is now supplying the LPH Flow Monitor from CTE for flow monitoring in processing plants, gas analysers, dialysis machines, laser cooling systems, bubble systems and pollution control monitors

Boiswood, the specialist distributors of components for gas and liquid control, are now supplying the LPH Flow Monitor from CTE, designed for flow monitoring duties in the processing industry.

The design of the LPH allows higher flow rates while protecting the integrity of the process and preventing equipment damage.

This makes it ideal for a wide variety of applications including processing plants, gas analysers, dialysis machines, laser cooling systems, bubble systems and pollution control monitors.

Typically, the non-adjustable LPH can be set in the normally closed position to actuate when flow falls below a pre-set level and in the normally open position to actuate when flow exceeds a pre-set level.

Besides brass and stainless steel body construction, the LPH is available in a clear acrylic that allows the process operator a positive visual indication of the presence and flow of liquids.

The LPH is fitted with a 1amp SPST reed switch and is available in SPST or SPDT configurations.

Other features include an operating range of 50 to 45,300 scc/m air and 1 to 2200 cc/min water; a maximum pressure of 3000 PSIG; and a repeatability factor of ñ 1%.
