Kenmac appoints Boiswood as sole UK distributor

Boiswood, the specialist distributor of components for gas and liquid control, has been appointed as sole UK distributor for the Kenmac range of pressure and flow products.

With effect from 1 March 2001, Boiswood, the specialist distributor of components for gas and liquid control, has been appointed as sole UK distributor for the Kenmac range of pressure and flow products.

Announcing the appointment, Boiswood managing director Tony Kent says this is an exciting time to be working with Kenmac as they prepare to break the US dominance of the regulator market with the launch of their new K Series pressure regulators.

Speaking for Kenmac, managing director Bob Hastings says: "Boiswood's experience in the regulator market is invaluable and the additional sales support and after-sales service they can provide is important at this stage of Kenmac's development." The UK manufactured K Series sets new standards in performance, accuracy and reliability, with features such as convoluted metal diaphragms for excellent sensitivity and response, and metal-to-metal sealing for simplicity and durability.

Under the terms of the sole distributorship agreement Boiswood will provide specifications, application support and ex-stock delivery on the new K Series regulators and Kenmac's ranges of diaphragm, needle and relief valves.
