The new Kenmac KCP is a lightweight, miniature spring-loaded pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications.

The new Kenmac KCP is a lightweight, miniature spring-loaded pressure regulator for gas or liquid applications.

Available from Boiswood, the KCP, which uses piston pressure sensing technology, offers outlet pressure control ranges from 0.7 to 103bar, and is available with flow orifices ranging from a Cv of 0.02 to 0.2.

Its small footprint is ideally suited for integral use in portable and laboratory analysers as well as being an economically priced alternative to larger, heavier, piston regulators in OEM systems.

The KCP offers a broad range of flow and outlet pressures and the low internal volume allows rapid purging in analytical instrumentation and doping gas applications.

The KPC is suitable for corrosive and noncorrosive gases and those requiring high purity regulation and is ideal for applications such as analyser zero/span gas control, portable sample handling equipment, portable paint spray equipment and manufacturing and laboratory processes.

Other features include an anti-blow-out piston design, low internal volume, surface and panel mounting options and a range of control knobs for various applications.
