Power system availability explained
Free-to-download application notes explain power system availability, resilience, reliability and redundancy for design and maintenance engineers.
The BM frame bench will be available with a choice of multiplex or lino 30mm worktops and its build quality gives it a weight capacity of 500kg UDL.
Like the BH bench, it has a modular construction to increase flexibility.
Both benches are available either 1500 or 2000mm long with 700 or 900mm depth and a working height of 840 (BH) or 830mm (BM).
Add-ons include overhead shelves and light assembly units, perfo back panels and ducting with twin sockets.
Alongside the benches will be the Tool Store storage system.
This cabinet is for automotive special tooling, maintenance tools, tool archives or any industrial environment where space is short.
It comprises four double sided tool storage panels for users to locate quickly and efficiently any tool.
Each panel is punched with square holes that enable the panels to be fitted with a Bott tool holding accessory.
Made from high quality heavy duty steel, the tool storage area is over 3m2.
The four extending slides inside the Tool Store each have a 25kg UDL capacity.
Further offerings will include the CL heavy duty cabinet range (750 by 600mm) suited to tough working environments.
The most recent addition to this range is the CL1000.
Standing at 1m high, it contains one 50mm high drawer, three 100mm high drawers, and two 150mm and a 250mm high drawers for storing products of wide size variations.
The drawers are divisible to improve the location and division of parts and each has a 100kg UDL capacity at 90% extension for the storage of heavy goods.
Also on show will be a selection of maintenance trolleys, louvre panels, bin sets and mini workshop units.
The modular maintenance trolleys are available in a choice of colours and can accommodate a toolboard, shelf kit, 10-piece hook kit, plastic bin kit and a louvre backpanel, all on show at Midlands Manufacturing.
To complete the range at the exhibition will be the flammable storage units.
Bott will demonstrate the 1m2, 500mm deep unit at the show.
Available with two shelves, the cupboards are supplied with sealed shelf trays making them suitable for storing small amounts or occasional liquid containment.
Finished in safety yellow and powder coated, the cupboards are labelled to UK and European standards.
