Boker's can produce short-, medium- or large-run orders, and now offers over 18,000 nonstandard washer/spacer sizes with no tooling charges.
The company also offers a full range of metric sizes and large diameter washers.
Catalogue offerings include washers and spacers with outside diameters ranging from 0.080 to 5.140in.
Combined with a variety of inside diameters, thicknesses and materials, Boker's offers millions of possibilities.
Washers and spacers are available in over 2000 materials, including various types of steel, aluminium, brass, copper, and nickel silver, plus nonmetallic materials such as Delrin, Teflon, Mylar and nylon.
Tools for nonmetallic materials are listed in bold face for quick reference.
The catalogue also includes a summary of Boker's complete stamping capabilities, secondary operations, equipment list, minimum quantities, and fast delivery.
