Boldman has developed a cost-effective, reconfigurable, modular guarding and enclosure system for machine tools, robotic cells and personnel protection.
Boldman offers a wide range of enclosures, machine and perimeter guarding options for creating physical barriers to protect personnel.
Safety Zone panels come preassembled or tailor made to suit most requirements.
Manufactured from a range of specifically designed aluminium profiles and fittings the enclosures and guards are constructed using various infill materials such as wire mesh, polycarbonates tinted or clear and solid panels such as foamalux or Alucobond laminates.
Boldman reckons its Safety Zone guarding system gives more flexibility and versatility for the money than any other perimeter guarding/enclosure system available.
With pre-assembled panels and ready to use components, Safety Zone is easy to plan, all that is required are the perimeter and height dimensions, door requirements such as hinged, sliding, roller shutter or raise and fall.
Safety Zone is quick to install and integrates easily with other structures made from the Paletti aluminium profile system such as machine frames, robotic cells, conveyors, work cells and custom built machines.
Safety Zone can be installed to meet even the most stringent safety standards, and is ideal for perimeter guarding, machine enclosures, and factory fencing.
The smooth and clean surfaces of the anodised aluminium profile provides a smart up to date appearance, while at the same time keeping personnel and equipment safe and secure.
Optional extras include height-adjustable feet, cable conduit, security interlocks and safety signs.
Specifying a perimeter guard built using the Boldman Safety Zone system is very easy and often does not require a site visit for a budget price to be produced.
