Borealis has appointed Paul Turner as Vice President Engineering Applications.

Borealis has appointed Paul Turner as Vice President Engineering Applications.

In his new role, Turner will head the Borealis automotive and appliances business including the sales, marketing and development units.

He will be based in Mechelen, Belgium.

Turner holds a masters degree in composite materials from Imperial College, London.

He brings with him 15 years of commercial experience, most recently as Vice President Sales in Europe, Middle East and Africa for Dow Automotive.

"We will continue our strategy of value creation through innovation in the automotive and appliances industry", said David Rolph, Executive Vice President Polyolefins.

"This appointment will help us drive further growth in key markets worldwide".

With an in depth understanding of the value chain and a focus on customer needs, Borealis continues to provide innovative, value creating polypropylene solutions with optimum performance for the automotive and appliances industry.
