Stainless pressure transmitters for use
in Zone 1
Bourdon Haenni is introducing the X910 and X510 series, which are stainless steel, explosion proof pressure transmitters for use in Zone 1 hazardous areas.
Bourdon Haenni, the specialist manufacturer of high technology industrial instrumentation, introduces the X910 and X510 series explosion proof pressure transmitters for use in Zone 1 hazardous areas Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, the new IP65 units are a high performance, compact and cost effective alternative to conventional smart pressure transducers for a range of industries including chemicals, petro-chem and pharmaceuticals

New range of stainless steel pressure gauges
Bourdon Sedeme announces a completely new range of 50mm and 63mm all stainless steel pressure gauges for hydraulic, pneumatic and process applications.
The latest electronic design and packaging techniques have resulted in pressure transmitters packed with features, yet only half the price of comparable units.
The X910 range uses Transbar ceramic pressure cell technology to provide extremely accurate readings (typically +/-0.2%) at pressures ranging from as low as 0 to 25 mbar up to a maximum of 0 to 400 bar.
The fast response time of around 3 msec enables it to track rapid changes in pressure, making it ideal for hazardous or critical applications such as fuel tanks where early and accurate detection of a leak or low level is vital.
The X510 uses metallic thin film technology to read pressures from 0 to 60 bar to 0 to1800 bar.
Accuracy is typically +/-0.2% and the unit is ideal for use in high-pressure applications such as hydraulic systems.
All the transmitters are shock resistant to IEC 68-2-32 and suitable for use in temperatures from -25 to +100C.
Available with a G 1/2 or 1/2 NPT pressure port, they can be used with low viscosity fluids or, when mounted on optional chemical seals, with viscous or crystallising fluids.
There is a choice of output signals including 0-10V DC, 4-20mA, 1-5 V DC or 0-20mA, and supply voltages 14-40 V DC, 11-40 V DC or 8 to 40 V DC.
A low voltage version 8-32 V DC is also available.
Electrical connections are by means of an internal contact strip with cable gland or a 1/2" NPT conduit fitting.
The transmitters conform to the European EMC directive, are CE marked and meet the approvals of the major organisations including EEx, CSA and FM.
The X910 and X510 join the 'made to measure' Bourdon Haenni range of high-performance pressure, temperature, force and acceleration switches and sensors.
Bourdon Haenni is the new force in high technology industrial instrumentation created by the merger of three industry leaders, Bourdon Sedeme, Haenni and Kamstrup Process.
