Labeling machines meet warranty needs

Brady tamper indicating label solutions serve broad-based inspective applications such as asset tracking channel and liability control.

Brady offers a range of standard and customisable labeling solutions with features to protect industrial and consumer products against compromising their security status and/or warranty declarations Customers can choose from paper, vinyl, polyolefin, and polyester labels to prove water exposure or fracture and removal

Several series of tamper-indicating polyester labels will leave checkerboard or void footprints.

Brady polyolefin labels show irreversible stretching if there is any attempt to remove them.

Brady's tamper indicating labeling solutions provide visible evidence for protection from wrongful label switching or removal.

They can retain a product's model and/or serial number and reduce the chance of liability claims due to unauthorised service or misuse.

Finally, they control a product's integrity and long-term performance by directing repairs to authorised repair centres.

Generally, Brady tamper indicating label solutions serve broad-based inspective applications such as asset tracking channel and liability control.

Brady's tamper indicating labels are available as several standard and custom material options to prevent fraudulent warranty repair/replacement claims.

They make it obvious if a label is removed from an "in warranty" item and placed on an older "out of warranty" item.

Brady offers an assortment of label materials that chip apart or deform when removal is attempted.

To effectively counter label switching Brady offers the B-122, B-351/352, B-429-B-607/609-, and B-7605 label series, which fracture upon attempt of removal.

The B-438 and B-7540 matt-metallised polyester labels for thermal transfer marking will leave a checkerboard footprint when removed, with an indicative pattern appearing on the top surface to prevent re-use.

Brady's B-7546 (glossy white) and B-7566 (glossy clear) will leave a void when removed, with "VOID" appearing instead.

The B-367, has been configured to leave customisable footprint patterns upon removal.

These can be logos or warnings, also showing up on the top surface of the label.

The B-410 is a matt-white poly-olefin label for laser printing, which is irreversibly stretched when removed.

Another fraudulent activity for the wrongful claiming of warranty repairs is water exposure.

Brady AquAlert labels help control invalid warranty claims, provide failure analysis and design assistance, and assist with troubleshooting for service and repair.

The B-350 AquAlert labels provide clear, permanent evidence of contact with water, excluding any false positives caused by heat or atmospheric humidity.

They change permanently from white to bright red upon contact with any water-based solution.

Available blank or pre-printed, the labels can be processed on thermal transfer printers using Brady's R-6000, R-7961 and R-4900 series ribbons. Request a free brochure from Brady Lab ...
