Supporting the Jekyll Telemodem2 family of modems, the use of Remote Manager not only greatly simplifies remote setup and configuration but can also be used to interrogate and diagnose any problems that may occur, so minimising time on site and reducing maintenance costs.
Cost-effective and easy to use, this new software simplifies all Telemodem2 configuration and is ideal for performing rapid installation checks and trouble-shooting.
This tool is invaluable when initially developing telemetry systems and then for minimising maintenance costs.
For the GSM modem, it is now possible to remotely check on RF levels, change configurations and verify data integrity.
No longer is any knowledge of AT command set required to carry out routine, remote telemetry maintenance.
And it's not just users of Jekyll modems that will benefit from Remote Manager.
It has been successfully used to support other modem manufacturers' products.
The Telemodem2 is Jekyll's successful high reliability industrial modem used for remote data collection from equipment such as utility meters, data loggers and environmental monitoring instruments.
It can be used by systems integrators and instrumentation companies for many machine-to-machine applications.
Jekyll has successfully used Remote Manager for sorting out customer problems across the world from Australia, New Zealand, China, Portugal and closer to home in the UK.
