Every member of the British Mechanical Power Transmission Association (BMPTA) is to receive a free business support helpline card The helpline cards, along with a sheet detailing the individual services, are being issued by the BMPTA in collaboration with Croner Consulting

In a letter to members, the BMPTA's Chief Executive Tommy Lynch said the card is for a relevant senior person within each member organisation, although additional cards can be supplied on application to the BMPTA office as it is intended as an aid to managing their business.

"The service is provided free and we would encourage members to fully use it for all queries", said Lynch.

"The contact for help and advice is directly with Croner and this facility will run for a 12 month period".

"It is hoped that members will find it a useful support tool in the daily running of their business, especially with all the new regulations and directives being generated".

The business support helpline provides advice on a wide range of issues from employment and personnel through finance, credit management, commercial and contract legislation to health and safety and even stakeholder pensions.
