The Standard Series of planetary gearboxes is ideal for use in quarrying, construction, mining and marine applications, not to mention waste disposal (crushers).
The versatility in design and flexibility in the number of options available from Brevini's Standard Series of planetary gearboxes means that it is ideal for use in quarrying, construction, mining and marine applications, not to mention waste disposal (crushers).
Modular in construction, the Standard Series provides real user benefits in terms of space saving, low weight and high efficiency.
The great number of configurations and options available with the Standard Series simplifies the gearbox selection process considerably.
First, the user can choose from one to five stages providing torques from 1.6 to 800kNm and ratios from 3.5:1 to 15,000:1.
Secondly, a wide range of shaft/mounting options include: cylindrical/foot, hollow shaft mounted (for shrink disc mounting), cylindrical/flanged, splined/flange, female splined/flanged and hollow/hanging.
Finally, the list of input options includes: flange mounted electric or hydraulic motors; male input shafts, with supports to accommodate side loads (ie for couplings or pulleys), and opening up of the sun pinion and gearbox, provide considerable application flexibility.
The versatility in design and flexibility in the number of options available mean that the standard series is suitable for use in a wide range of industries.
These include materials handling, water treatment, quarrying, food processing, waste disposal (crushers), marine (winches), steel, mining, agriculture, machine tools and construction.
