A new service of producing low volume specialist seals and gaskets to meet a customer's particular requirements is provided by Brownell.
A new service of producing low volume specialist seals and gaskets to meet a customer's particular requirements is provided by Brownell.
A technique, developed by Brownell, enables the company to supply prototype and low-volume production runs at relatively low cost.
Moulding tools are manufactured in-house to meet customers' requirements, thus cutting production time considerably.
The seals and gaskets are manufactured from silicone rubber which has a low shore hardness and a temperature range of -100 to +200C.
Shapes and sizes range from thin flat gaskets to highly complex seals up to 300 x 500mm.
