Instant seal gasket straight-from-the-can
The costly downtime incurred waiting for the delivery of cut gaskets, or in sourcing special types, can be avoided with Loctite's new Black Tite, straight-from-the-can instant seal gasket.
Motox Master is an entirely new range of gear motors that incorporate their own integrated motor/frequency inverter combinations.
Both the motors and the drive are Siemens units, the inverter being the compact, digital Micro Master, which provides high functionality and reliability, and is well specified in a robust die-cast aluminium enclosure.
The drives are available in the power range from 0.12kW to 7.5kW, and with ingress protection to IP65 are well equipped for use in a wide range of environments.

Motox Master is the ideal product for use in pump and fan applications.
Because of its integrated design, the product lends itself to direct installation wherever space is at a premium.
Installation is very neat as there are no long cable runs between the motor and inverter, and this results in lower costs for cabling, motor capacitors and installation time.
Complementing Motox Master's installation benefits is its ease of use.
The units feature programmable digital inputs, relay outputs and a host of integrated functions.
Of particular benefit for customers is that all features are programmable with hand held module or via a PC.
This enables p arameters to be precisely set and copied to other drives or stored for future reference.
Serial communication is also supported via USS Protocol or Profibus DP.
All that the customer has to supply, for BSL to provide a fully operational Motox Master unit, is simple facts about the application.
Firstly, technical facts: the power output of the motor, the maximum speed required and the duty rating.
Alternatively, if the required output torque is known, BSL's engineers can work their specification equation backwards to arrive at the correct unit.
Secondly, the customer must supply details of the type of mounting required i.e horizontal, vertical, and advise of any special operating requirements, i.e exceptionally short motor stopping times.
The Motox Master range is supported by BSL's four regional gearbox centres nationwide and by over 100 local UK Sales Branches.
In addition to providing one of the largest ranges of gearboxes available through these outlets, BSL also supplies all the support equipment necessary for efficient gearbox installations, including bearings, couplings, brakes, clutches, tools and lubricants.
