BST unveils FDA-approved metal detectable plastics

BST Detectable Products has announced the launch of its Ultradetect material.
Ultradetect is a range of food grade (FDA approval), metal detectable UHMW plastics, which are available in either 2m x 1m semi-finished sheets or 1m-long semi-finished rods.
BST can also quote on any custom-made components in the metal detectable blue food grade material.
Ultradetect can be used in other applications away from food handling when a detectable plastic product is required.
The material complements an existing range of detectable products from BST, including Detectapens, scrapers, rubber sheets, jugs, brushes and so on.
