BTM has recently been appointed the UK distributor for the DK-Power range of Pneumo-Hydraulic cylinders.
The low-energy cylinders are available as standard units from 0.6 to 100 tons with strokes from 25mm to 400mm.
With a fast approach stroke and soft touch power stroke (5mm to 80mm available options), the cylinders can be used for clinching sheet metal, punching/piercing, pressing, bending, riveting, forming and marking sheet metal.
With standard ISO mounting hole patterns these units can be integrated into any machine builder's equipment, connected to simple pneumatic valves and operated by normal workshop compressed air, eliminating the need for expensive hydraulic power units.
With no springs to potentially break and damage the inside coupled with high wear-resistant seals, the cylinders are easy to maintain.
Several styles are available to allow for mounting in applications across different industries.
