Rotating the clamping cylinder in the adapter ring allows 100% spatial angle coverage to be achieved.

The exact positioning of sensors in machines and equipment places an increasing demand on variability and surroundings.

With its new adapter ring for clamping cylinders, Balluff offers full coverage of all spatial angles.

Rotating the clamping cylinder in the adapter ring allows 100% spatial angle coverage to be achieved.

The clamping cylinders in the Balluff BMS Mounting System accommodate the sensor holder, reflector holder or adapter plates.

A BMS cross-connector allows coverage of virtually all spatial angles.

To ensure that the sensors can also be used in inaccessible locations, Balluff has developed a flexible adapter ring.

This adapter ring holds two clamping cylinders with the corresponding rods.

Rotating the clamping cylinder in the adapter ring allows 100% spatial angle coverage to be achieved, thereby ensuring exact positioning even in inaccessible locations.

This eliminates the time and expense of fashioning in-house custom solutions.
