The uncompromising design of Bulgin's Vandal Resistant Switches provide the strength to meet abuse received in real world situations.

The latest type, the MPI series, is no exception.

Manufactured to the same rugged design as others in the range, with bodies and buttons manufactured from marine grade stainless steel and lenses from a tough Polycarbonate, these new illuminated switches allow control panels to be built with illuminated, plain or engraved buttons all with common mounting holes and complimentary low profile appearance.

Available with two styles of illumination, a central dot or radial ring, both types use bright daylight viewable LEDs and have a tactile feel making them ideal for emergency or panic buttons, access control, lifts and control barriers.

The switches have either solder tags or screw terminals, useful for easy field servicing, and are front panel sealed to IP66 with both external and internal nitrile and silicone O rings.

Seperate LED and switch terminations permit maximum flexibility in circuit design with either permanent illumination or circuit controlled.

The switch contacts are single pole, push-to-make.

Standard colours are either red or green with others available to special order and typical of Bulgin's high standard of design detail the LED housing are moulded in the same colour material as the LEDs themselves.

Bulgin's MPI series of switches will add a new dimension to control panel design.
