Student design showcase returns to
London
Made in Brunel 08 will showcase many design and engineering projects that have been specifically developed to tackle some of the modern world's biggest issues.
Made in Brunel 08 will build on the success of the 2007 show, returning to the Business Design Centre in London from the 10th to 12th June 2008 Made in Brunel showcases the talent of Brunel University's final year students from the School of Engineering and Design

Students from Tsinghua University of China and The Indian Institute of Technology of Madras will showcase their innovations alongside Delft University of Technology from the Netherlands.
Highlights from MADE IN BRUNEL 2007 include: the Time Sensor - a sensor fitted inside the lids of bottles, jars and cartons that detects the freshness of the food; I-SAW - a device which warns drivers when motorcycles are nearby; Breathe Air - a cycling helmet that filters congested air; and Eden-5 - a kit-in-a capsule that allows families to become self-sustainable to combat famine and poverty.
