Burkert Fluid Control Systems has introduced its largest globe valve - a 4in model the size of a small child With process connections ranging from orifice DN8 (0.25in) to the new DN100 (4in), the stainless-steel-bodied globe valve range is ideally suited for on/off and continuous control applications

The valves can be adapted to any requirement with a large number of pneumatic actuators and can be combined with a variety of actuation and control concepts, including centralised or decentralised process actuation systems and intelligent controllers.

The valves are available to worldwide standards of flanges, weld-ends, threaded-ports and Tri-Clamp, to meet the needs of all process applications.

The globe valve system meets all requirements set by the food and beverage, water treatment, healthcare, cosmetics and textile industries and is ideally suited for liquids, gases and steam heating and CIP/SIP applications up to 180C.

Integrating the mechanical and electronic systems of Burkert's globe valves achieves high application flexibility and cost savings.
