New division supports fluid control
Burkert Fluid Control Systems has launched a UK Service Division to support its extensive range of fluid control equipment.
Burkert Fluid Control Systems has launched a UK Service Division to support its extensive range of fluid control equipment Introducing the division, General Manager Mike Rodd says: "The growing demand for our products to integrate with complex control systems including technologies such as Profibus, AS-I etc as well as enhanced specialised systems solutions we are providing; means that from initial concept through to commissioning and service, customers are increasingly asking us for support
The new service division is our response to this customer demand".
The division is headed by Service Manager Tom Carnell and offers full service contracts that can include nights, weekends and bank holidays by arrangement, as well as support services such as emergency call-outs, repair and replacement, commissioning, consultation and training.
