Zurcon polyurethane is an advanced material developed by Busak+Shamban to specifically overcome the inherent problems associated with polyurethane seals and scrapers.
Zurcon polyurethane is an advanced material developed by Busak+Shamban to specifically overcome the inherent problems associated with polyurethane seals and scrapers.
In all areas of measurement, Zurcon polyurethane outperforms traditional polyurethane sealing materials, offering effective operation in temperature extremes (from -45 to +110C), increased extrusion and wear resistance, leak-free security and an overall extended life.
Zurcon polyurethane is offered in a range of formulations to suit specific seal and scraper applications.
In tests, Zurcon polyurethane outperforms all traditional AU polyurethane materials, exhibiting lower compression set, reduced loss of contact under pressure, greater modulus stability and an increased ability to cope with a wide range of hydraulic fluids.
